Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without permission, please contact us at info@springbay.ai and we will delete this information.

Springbay Cocktails sets no cookies. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are used, and no third-party cookies of any kind.
The only browser storage this website uses is sessionStorage (key: sb-offer-popup-seen): this remembers whether the quote pop-up has already been shown during your current session, so it does not appear repeatedly. sessionStorage is cleared automatically when you close the tab or browser and is never visible to the server.
Viewing, modifying, or deleting your data
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing, or to object to the processing of your personal data by Springbay Cocktails. You also have the right to data portability.
This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation you specify.
A request to view, correct, delete, or transfer data, or a request to withdraw consent or object to processing, can be sent to info@springbay.ai.
To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask that you enclose a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, and within four weeks, to your request.
